Savannah Economic Development Authority Renovation
SAVANNAH, GEORGIA
Greenline Architecture partnered with Savannah Economic Development Authority (SEDA) to design and renovate the organization’s new offices on Drayton Street along Forsyth Park. The completely renovated building includes SEDA’s main offices as well as offices for World Trade Center Savannah and Savannah Regional Film Commission. Built originally in 1959 for the Independent Life Insurance Company, this renovation is breathing new life into this mid-century style building situated directly across from idyllic Forsyth Park. This Class-A office building features modern interiors, a completely revamped entrance and a rooftop deck/terrace.
Due to the local presence of the DIRTT wall system production facility, and the wonderful flexibility provided by utilization of the system components, SEDA chose to utilize the wall system in portions of their new office. Greenline coordinated this effort with National Office Systems and SEDA.
