Monica’s professional history includes design experience and project management for educational, institutional and commercial projects ranging in construction costs up to $28 million. Her philosophy is to design from the inside out, evaluating all of the firm’s projects in terms of human values. Monica uses her design theory and urban design background in all aspects of her work, including site studies, master planning and facility planning. As principal and president of the firm her responsibilities also include business development, client relationships, programming and project management.
