Greenline is working with Enmarket on a list of new convenience stores throughout Georgia and South Carolina. 

 

Enmarket - Pepper Hall Road and Highway 278, South Carolina

This new Enmarket store at Pepper Hall Road and Highway 278 in South Carolina will be located within a new planned development.  The store will be approximately 5,500 SF in size. The exterior includes Hardie siding in a variety of configurations and colors. A standing seam metal roof will also be part of the design.

Enmarket - Richmond Hill, Georgia 

This project is located in Richmond Hill, Georgia on Harris Trail Road and is approximately 4,200 SF. It was designed to meet the City of Richmond Hill's design guidelines. The exterior includes Savannah Gray brick, Hardie plank siding and standing seam roofing. The colors are in keeping with those of the district. Construction is underway.

Enmarket - Bluffton, South Carolina

This store will be approximately 4,200 SF in size. Its exterior will include an off-white brick and Hardie siding in a similar color range. Silver, standing seam roofing will also be used. The store's exterior design includes showcase windows to simulate openings on the building walls.
