This is a three-story, 130,000 square foot building designed with high visibility on Georgia Southern University’s campus, and serves as the predominate focal point when entering the campus on Aikens Boulevard. Greenline was teamed with The Facility Design Group of Atlanta, to design and deliver the constructed building within 18 months of Notice to Proceed. The ultimate design provides the users the flexibility a technology program demands including data connectivity at every location within the building while allowing for the unknown future needs of the program.

Extensive supervision to the installation of the raised floor boxes as well as the wire management leg placement in the furnishings insured a completely concealed building-wide wire management system, while providing a means for furniture re-arrangement without loss of power or data capabilities.
