Atlantic Southern Banks

RINCON & POOLER, GEORGIA

Atlantic Southern Bank asked Greenline Architecture to design branch banks that would suit the small town persona of Rincon and Pooler. These branches are modern banking facilities that can expand with the growth of the bank. Greenline chose to employ some of the small bank vernacular that was seen across the United States at the turn of the 20th century.

For the Rincon branch, Greenline designed a new building for Atlantic Southern Bank as a site-adapt from a previously-designed prototype that the firm developed with bank management. Discreetly nodding toward a traditional but fresh design, brick and wood trim form a well-proportioned exterior. The interiors are light in tone, allowing the lobby to be flooded with natural daylight. The look is branded as the basis of design for future Atlantic Southern Georgia branches.
